St. Norbert Parish Ministries inspire Parishioners to take care of one another and to reach out to God’s people in the community. We firmly believe that to in order to live in our faith, we need to find a way to serve others. At St. Norbert Parish, there are hundreds of different ways to serve. Whether from a classroom, a homeless shelter, from the Altar or behind a paint brush, all volunteer contributions are needed and welcome.
Outreach Services at St. Norbert Parish provide opportunities for parishioners to put into action the teachings of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The array of activities allows volunteers to give either one hour of time or several days on a periodic basis. Whether giving blood, serving meals to the homeless, coaching a CYO basketball team, or planning a mission trip to Mexico, St. Norbert Parish Outreach Services offer exciting and meaningful ways to get involved with the parish and serve those less fortunate.
St. Norbert Parish provides spiritual, physical, and emotional assistance to those who are experiencing life’s transitions. We offer support to those who are bereaved, sick, or suffering in our community through prayer and encouragement, support groups and other resources, including visits to the home-bound and those in care facilities.
Help ensure the great history of St. Norbert Parish continues by joining one of our Leadership Ministries. We are always in need of parishioners to take on a leadership roles within the parish.
The Sacramental Preparation Ministries at St. Norbert Parish provide an opportunity to help parishioners prepare for the reception of a sacrament. Having parishioners assist with these momentous occasions ensures the process is relaxing for the participants and helps them to focus on the sacramental nature of what they are undertaking.
